I’ve tried so many “healthy” chocolate bars that taste like cardboard, but these actually don’t. The dark chocolate layer is rich and properly bitter, and the coconut inside is soft and chewy instead of dry. I’m already three bars into the pack and trying not to inhale the rest before tomorrow.
The cassava syrup keeps these from tasting like a sad diet bar—they're genuinely sweet and chewy. I’ve already gone through a whole box this week, and the dark chocolate snap on top of that coconut texture is dangerously good.
The first bar I tried snapped perfectly and the coconut filling is chewy-sweet without being sticky. Three bars in and I’m already rationing them so the box lasts the week.
