These bars have ruined other snacks for me, honestly. The dark chocolate shell is thick and snaps perfectly while the coconut inside stays soft and chewy. I’ve been grabbing one after lunch and it feels like a proper little escape, not just a quick sugar hit.
I grabbed a box because organic coconut is my weakness, and these bars are dangerously easy to finish in two bites. The cassava syrup keeps them chewy without that fake sugary hit, and the dark chocolate coating cracks just right.
The dark chocolate coating is rich and properly bitter, which balances the chewy coconut center perfectly. I grabbed a box for my afternoon slump and one bar actually got me through a whole meeting without reaching for coffee.
