    The nougat is genuinely soft and chewy, not that stiff chalky texture you get with most bars, and the caramel actually pulls when you bite into it. I grabbed the box for road trips and the organic cassava syrup base makes them taste less like a candy and more like a real treat. Each one disappeared

    The organic cassava syrup gives these an almost molasses-like chew under that dark chocolate coating, and the peanuts keep each bite from getting too sweet. Perfect little pick-me-up when I need a sugar fix but want something that feels a bit more substantial than a candy bar.

    The dark chocolate shell snaps nicely before you hit that super soft, chewy nougat underneath. The peanuts give it a good crunch and the cassava syrup keeps it sweet without being cloying, which I appreciate. These bars are dangerously easy to grab from the box while I'm working from home.
